About Ariana
For more than 12 years, Ariana has worked alongside nonprofits and churches, with 17 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Her work has taken her through nonprofit operations, advocacy, government contracting, business ownership, and major organizational projects with churches and nonprofits throughout Southern California.
Along the way, she saw a challenge shared by many smaller organizations: leaders are deeply committed to their mission, but the financial and operational side of running an organization can quickly become overwhelming.
Every organization has bills to pay, budgets to manage, processes to maintain, and decisions that require good financial information. Those responsibilities may happen behind the scenes, but Ariana believes they are an important part of making the mission possible.
That understanding ultimately led to Lumen Business Solutions.
Through Lumen, Ariana works alongside nonprofit and church leaders to bring greater clarity and structure to their finances and operations.
