“Ariana and Lumen Business Solutions was a God send to my church. She helped us review in creating both employee handbooks for the church and preschool. She helped us review all the internal policies, and she was also instrumental in helping us assess the profitability of our preschool. She also provided insight on ways to improve profitability. Ariana also offers great templates and helpful resources all along the way. Most of all, Ariana is wonderful to work with. She is kind and attentive. She provided coaching to multiple people on staff and was prompt with all responses. I highly recommend her and her work.”

“Ariana has been patient, knowledgeable, and supportive whenever I have questions or need guidance. Her willingness to explain things, share her knowledge, and help me work through different situations has helped me grow in my position and become more confident as a director.

I truly appreciate Ariana’s support and the time she takes to guide me. Having someone with her knowledge and experience available to help has made a positive difference in my role. I am very grateful for her teamwork, professionalism, and continued support.”
